A day with Daddy at work

Last night, Kelly and his captain flew into Dallas. Today was the last day of his tour and he had a pretty easy day -- sit around the hotel until early afternoon and then come home. He was so close yet so far away. So he suggested that we all go down to his hotel in the morning and hang out. I thought it would be a great opportunity to show Cason the airplane Daddy flies and get some updated pictures. We got to sit in one of the Citation XL's last year when Cason was 20 months old, check out this post to see how much he has grown since last spring.

Cason had a blast checking out the airplane, he talked all morning about how he was going to steer the yoke. He also loved chatting with the Debby, the FBO Customer Service Rep, and getting a fresh baked cookie.

I love this picture. Especially compared to the one from last year.

I love his "cheese" face.

Peek!

Grandpa's future golfing buddy? In the crew lounge.

Then we went back to the hotel so Cason could swim but he preferred the hot tub. We had a great day with Daddy at "work"!
