Clapping

I got Cason clapping on video today after he ate his yogurt and banana.

I didn't feel like going to the pool today because it takes so much time to get both of us changed into our swimsuits, get sunscreen on, go swim, come home and take a bath, etc. So I filled up this tub with warm water, put it on the back patio, and threw Cason in with some bath toys. He had a ball, he stayed in until the water was cold and cried when we finally had to go inside. We will definitely be doing this again!

Getting around

Cason's getting better at walking every day. Here is a video of a million and one clips all thrown together. At the end I'm trying to get him to say "doggie". Sometimes he says it pretty clearly but most of the time it sounds just like "da-da" or "dad" or "dog".

He also clapped for the first time yesterday. Little stinker, I've been trying to get him to clap for 3 or 4 months now.

Welcome to our blog!

I decided to enter the world of blogging! The hardest part was choosing a name. We wanted something to do with kids since I'll probably write about Cason more than anything. But we didn't want it to use his name in case we have more kids. And it couldn't be cheesy. Crayons and Cheerios is the best we could come up with. I'm posting a video from the old website just to see if it works.  I'll add some new stuff later.
