Breakfast

At breakfast this morning, Cason was eating his protein pancake. Kelly makes these from scratch with greek yogurt and cottage cheese so they are very high in protein. He eats them almost every morning and he either eats them plain or with peanut butter on them. I hope no one ever tells him that you are supposed to eat pancakes with syrup. Anyway, he ate about half of it so it was crescent shaped. Then he held it up and said "rainbow!". Then he turned it to the side and said "moon!" It's so funny how he thinks at this age.

Speaking of breakfast, Bryce was sitting on my lap as I was eating a bowl of Cheerios. He kept lunging at my bowl. He grabbed it a few times and I had to pry his fingers off of the bowl before he pulled it off the table. Poor kid, I don't think I've ever seen a baby so interested in food before. We're trying to wait until the six month mark to start him on solids but he has been drooling over our food for months now.

Sitting! He can only sit for 30 seconds to a minute but he is steadily increasing the time every day.
