Last Friday was Kelly's rest day from working out but not my rest day. Kelly does 3 days on, 1 day off. I just go with set days off, I take off every Sun and Wed. Anyway. So Thursday night we were discussing what we should all do the next morning. I suggested that Kelly take the boys to do something fun. We asked Cason what he wanted to do and he replied "play games!" because he loves arcades. I checked around on the internet and none of the arcades open before 11 around here. So my next thought was a bowling alley because those usually have arcade games. I looked for the nearest bowling alley and found that they have a coloring sheet you can print off for a free game for kids. Nice! So on Friday morning the kids colored the sheet and the boys all left to go bowling. It was the first time for both boys so I made Kelly take the camera. Most of the pictures are blurry but here are a few.
I was surprised they had bowling shoes in Cason's size but even more surprised that he wore them without a fuss. He is the pickiest shoe person since... well, since I was a kid.

Bryce's favorite color is yellow so it was no surprise to me that he had a yellow bowling ball.

Kelly said they had fun but barely lasted a whole game before they had lost interest. Bryce actually won the game. In Kelly's defense, he was rushed every time it was his turn because he was bombarded with little boys who wanted to go. Ha ha. I think I need to get one of those ramps for myself next time I go bowling.

Looks like they had fun while they were interested. It's always fun to go bowling when there little. when they get older they get competative! (Kinda like mom)
Love those ramps too... I've never seen anything like it!
