New grill

Kelly just got this awesome new grill/smoker.

It's not a gas grill and it's not a charcoal grill. It's a wood pellet grill. It acts like a convection oven and uses indirect heat to keep things juicier. It is supposed to be healthier because it doesn't create charring on food like other grills do. It's also an awesome smoker. Instead of having to attend to it every twenty minutes like his old smoker, he should be able to set the temperature and just leave it alone. No charcoal briquettes to keep up with.

The wood pellets.

Tonight he grilled up some chicken breasts and burgers. My burger is the cheddar burger I requested. It has cheese cubes inside the patty and he put a slice of american cheese on top as well. I usually like green onions in it too but we didn't have any. Kelly's burger is a greek burger with olives and feta cheese. My burger was delicious, probably the juiciest burger I have ever had.

Bryce has decided he is so over eating anything off a spoon. He went to town gnawing on a stick of asparagus and some baked sweet potato fries.
